WHO CAN SIGN UP?
This introspective art therapy workshop is designed for adults ages and is limited to 6 participants. This workshop is designed to be a safe space for adults to express themselves freely, without the worries of "little ears" listening. Check out my other workshops geared towards children/teens - and if you don't see any listed, let me know if that would be something you'd be interested in!18 years and older Children or teens are not permitted at this workshop.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
The cost of the workshop includes all materials needed to complete one therapuetic art piece. That being said, if you have your own materials you'd like to use, you're welcome to bring them!
