ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP!
WHO CAN SIGN UP?
This introspective art therapy workshop is designed for adults, ages 18 years and older and is limited to 4 participants.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
The cost of the workshop includes all materials needed to complete one therapeutic art piece. That being said, if you have your own materials you'd like to use, you're welcome to bring them! (This will not offset the cost of the class). Also included in the workshop fee are coffee/tea and snackssss!! Who doesn't love snacks while arting?!! It is recommended that you bring your own journal for jotting down ideas, inspirations, or revelations that may come up for you as you create or process your artwork. Things will come up and you'll want to remember them!
